VICTOR HUGO CASTRO ASSAF
Born in the Galápagos Islands, Ecuador, in 1989, Victor Assaf discovered CrossFit at 18 and quickly developed a passion for strength, competition, and pushing limits. After a devastating motorcycle accident in 2012 left him facing life-changing injuries and the loss of function in his right arm, Victor refused to give up. Through determination, innovation, and relentless perseverance, he returned to the sport he loved and rose to become one of the world’s top adaptive CrossFit athletes. Today, he uses that same mindset to help others discover what’s possible.
